A few notes about C.O.D. Wholesale:
We are a family business, in business since 1982. We are not a business
which
was set up for the sole purpose of e-commerce. We are a
wholesaler who happens to have a web site.
Unlike many e-commerce companies, we actually have a
warehouse where you can visit or buy, and have some free coffee or soda if
should you happen to be in our neck of the woods.

Shipping Policies
One of the biggest rip-offs on the web is inflated
shipping
charges. What good is a great price if the freight is excessive?
You know your shipping charges right up front.
We do not have a handling charge.
Please note our very reasonable shipping charges.
Within the 48 states: $7.65 for orders under $100
7.25% of the order for orders over $100.
There are a very few exceptions where you must pay
additional freight, these are noted.
For areas outside the 48 contiguous states, we usually
ship Post Office Priority Mail or International Air Parcel Post and you will
pay actual freight charges.
Drop shipping: We can drop ship to your customers.
There is a $5.00 drop ship charge for orders under $100. There is no drop
ship charge for orders larger than that. However: we normally attach
the invoice (which has prices) to the box. If you DO NOT want the invoice
attached to the box, then indicate so in the comments section when you check
out. We can instead attach a packing slip which has no prices.
Paying for the merchandise
You may securely send your credit-card orders through our
on-line ordering system or by toll-free fax. If you are uncomfortable about
doing this, see the next section for ordering on-line without submitting
your credit card.
Absolutely DO NOT send credit card numbers to us via
e-mail.

Ordering On-line without submitting your
credit card at the time of ordering.
If you would like to order on-line, but do not wish to
submit your card at that time, just follow these simple instructions:
When you get to the part of the order form which asks
for
the credit card information, simply do this:
Where it asks for Cardtype: pick a card, any card
Where it asks for Card Number: type in any letter
Where it asks for the Expiration Date: type in any letter
Put a note in the comments box about how you want
the billing handled.
Shipping times
If the order is in stock, we generally ship same or next
day. We are occasionally out of stock. If you need merchandise to arrive
by a certain date, please let us know at the time you place the order.
Normal shipping time to the East Coast is seven total
days. Other
areas take less time. For example: Washington state-3 days,
Texas-4 days, Illinois-6 days, Arizona-2 days.
We can ship 1, 2, or 3 day air at additional charge.
Drop by
We're about 45 miles south of Los Angeles and 90 miles
north of San Diego, two miles south of the 405. See our
terms page for specific
directions.
About your privacy
We absolutely respect your privacy. We do not sell our
customer list.
We do not link to other web sites. We do not collect "cookies".
We do not subscribe to any sort of service which collects information about
you.
You will not be put on our mailing list unless you order or fill out the
catalog request form. You may remove yourself at any time from our list by
emailing, faxing or phoning us.
Colors
Due to dye lot changes and browser/scanner/monitor
variations we simply cannot guarantee that the color of the item you receive
will match what you see on your screen or what you got from us in a previous
order. We also cannot guarantee that ribbons of a different size, but the
same color will match. This is particularly evident in the 1/4" mono
organza. If absolute color fidelity is required, then we suggest that you
NOT buy these items from us OR drop by our warehouse if you're close.
Samples
We do not provide samples. Donations are limited to
several local organizations.
Returns
We are NOT a retail store and we DO NOT have a liberal
return policy. All sales are final. It is your responsibility to make
sure the items you purchase are appropriate for your use. We, of course,
will replace or credit (at our option) defective merchandise.

Prices, terms, and specifications (ie:
colors/sizes/materials) are subject to change without notice. Widths and
sizes will vary slightly occasionally.
