Guaranteed freight:
  
For shipments to street addresses in the 48 states, your freight charge is 
   $5.95 if the order is under $100,  or only 6% of the order if the order is 
   greater than $100. 
   
   Orders shipped to P.O. boxes, APO's, FPO's  & foreign countries are charged 
   actual shipping charges.  

    There are a very few items in which you will have to pay additional freight.
    These are indicated, and are heavy items like candles and wire.

Carriers:
  
Shipments within the 48 states and Canada are made by UPS or USPS.
   AK, HI, VI, PR, MP, GU, AS, APO  are shipped via USPS.
   Unless specified, all foreign orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service.
   One, two, three day air freight is available at extra cost.
   If you require or specify a certain carrier, you must bear those costs.

Backorders:
  
Unless you notify us otherwise, we ship backorders as soon as possible.
   Freight is charged on backorders.
   Backorders under $25.00 are automatically cancelled.

Claims and return goods:
  
Damage/shortage claims MUST be made
   within 5 days of receipt.  Damaged or defective
   items will (at our option) be refunded or replaced.

   We are not a retail store.  We DO NOT have a liberal return policy.
   Make sure that what you are ordering is appropriate for your use.
   All sales are final.
   Again, if you are not sure whether a product is appropriate for your
   use, then don't order it.   Returns are expensive for you.

   Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
   Seasonal or sale items from our specials/closeout pages are NOT returnable.

Colors:  
   
Due to variations in monitors, scanners, browsers, and dye lot changes by
   manufacturers, we cannot guarantee exact color matches with what you see
   on your screen or even with what you received from us in a previous order.  We 
   also cannot guarantee that colors of a different size will exactly match each
   other.  This is particularly evident in the 1/4" mono organza.
   If absolute color fidelity is required, then either drop by or do not order
   those items from us.

Samples/donations:
   
We do not provide samples.  We donate only to several civic organizations
    in our area.

Pricing/terms/specifications:
   
Prices, terms, and specifications (i.e.: colors, sizes, materials) 
   are subject to change without notice. Prices are not subject 
   to negotiation.

Minimum order:
   There is not, and there has never been a minimum order requirement.
   There is not a fee for orders under a certain dollar amount. 
   We want your order, large or small.

Acceptance of orders:
   
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, or to change the terms    
    of any order.    

Terms & Payment:
   We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.  We do not ship c.o.d.
   This does not guarantee that we will accept any and all credit card orders.
   Do not send credit card numbers via e-mail.
   You may safely transmit your orders using our secure on-line order form.
   We also accept wire transfers.  Please call or e-mail for routing instructions.

Sales tax:
   
Outside of California: sales tax is not charged and we do not 
    need your resale or seller's permit number.
    Within California: sales tax will be charged unless you have a 
    resale permit.  Please provide this number in the "comments" section
    of the order form when you check out if ordering on-line.  We will mail
    a resale certificate which will need to be filled out, signed, and returned. 

Government agencies and schools:
   Net 30 Purchase orders are accepted.  
   F.O.B. point is our warehouse--not "destination".
   Within California, schools and school organizations generally must pay sales tax.

Will calls:
   We encourage will call orders from our local customers.
   Save time by phoning or faxing your order ahead of time.

Cookies:
   
We consider collecting any personal information from you without 
    your knowledge to be an invasion of your privacy.  This site DOES NOT 
   
collect "cookies" or use any other sort of privacy invading program.
    However, if you order on-line, that site must (as do all on-line
    ordering sites), and therefore does use, cookies.

Our location:
   We are two miles south of the San Diego Freeway
   in Surf City:  Huntington Beach.  
   Although our address is Talbert Ave (a main drag)
   we are physically located on a side street called: Kovacs.
   Directly across the street from our business park on 
   Talbert Ave. is the Huntington Beach Elks Lodge.

   Freeway directions
        South
on the San Diego Freeway:
        Exit Beach Blvd. south (Huntington Beach)
        and follow the Beach Blvd. directions.
        North on the San Diego Freeway:
        Exit Brookhurst Street South.  Turn right
        on the first street-Talbert.  Upon reaching
        Beach Blvd. (2 miles), follow the Beach Blvd. directions.

   From Beach Blvd:  
       West on Talbert  (away from the Good Shepherd Cemetery).
       Turn left on the third street (Kovacs).
       We are the third building on the left.

   From Gothard/Goldenwest Street: 
       East on Talbert (away from Central Park).
       Go over the railroad tracks. 
       Turn right on the second street (Kovacs). 
       We are the third building on the left.
