Freight costs:
For shipments to street addresses in the 48 states,
your freight
charge is $7.65 if the order is under $100,
or only 7.25% of the order if the order is greater than $100.
If you are ordering on-line and your order is under $100, the shipping charge
will be incorrect, (too low). This will be corrected at the time of
billing to $7.65.
Orders shipped to AK, HI, PR, MP, GU, AS, P.O. boxes, APO's, FPO's
& foreign countries are charged $7.65 or actual shipping charges
whichever is greater
If ordering on-line, your
freight charge will be incorrect (too low).
This will be corrected at the time of billing to the correct amount.
Carriers:
Shipments within the 48 states are made by DHL,
and USPS
AK, HI, VI, PR, MP, GU, AS, APO are shipped via USPS.
Unless specified, all foreign orders (including Canada) are shipped via
Air Parcel Post.
One & two day air freight is available at extra cost.
If you require or specify a certain carrier, you must bear those costs.
Backorders:
Unless you notify us otherwise, we ship backorders as soon as
possible.
Freight is charged on backorders.
Backorders under $25.00 are automatically cancelled.
Claims and return goods:
Damage/shortage claims MUST be made
within 5 days of receipt. Damaged or defective
items will (at our option) be refunded or replaced.
We are not a retail store. We DO NOT have a liberal return policy.
Please make sure that what you are ordering is appropriate for your use.
If C.O.D. Wholesale is responsible for the error, then the following conditions
do not apply.
All returns must be authorized in advance
by C.O.D. Call for RA number.
Returns received without our RA number on the outside of the box will NOT be
processed.
All returns will be subject to a 15% restock charge.
All returns must be in original, unopened, 100% saleable condition.
All requests for returns must be made within 7 total days after receipt.
NO refund will be made for outbound shipping costs.
You must additionally pay the return shipping costs.
There are ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS on battery powered
items or batteries.
Again, if you are not sure whether a product is appropriate for your
use,
then please don't order it.
Colors:
Remember that your browser may not always show true color.
Due to variations in monitors, scanners, browsers, and dye lot changes
by
manufacturers, we cannot guarantee exact color matches with what you
see
on your screen or even with what you received from us in a previous order.
We
also cannot guarantee that colors of a different size will exactly match eachother.
If absolute color fidelity is required, then either drop by or do not
order
those items from us.
Sizes:
Sizes can and will vary slightly.
Samples:
We do not provide samples due to several
reasons:
We simply haven't got the personnel to fill what would be a huge number of
requests.
We don't have "open" stock. For example, if we cut a few inches off a roll
of ribbon,
that makes that roll un-sellable. We understand many customers would like
color matching,
but there is simply no efficient way for us to accommodate you.
Donations:
We receive requests daily for donations or discounts.
It is impossible for us to accommodate any/all these requests.
We donate to a number of local schools and civic groups
and can simply not fulfill any other requests.
Pricing/terms/specifications:
Prices, terms, and specifications (i.e.: colors, sizes, materials)
are subject to change without notice. Prices are not subject
to negotiation.
Minimum order:
There is not, and there has never been a minimum order requirement.
There is not a fee for orders under a certain dollar amount.
We want your order, large or small.
Acceptance of orders:
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, or to change the
terms
of any order.
Terms & Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We do not ship
c.o.d.
This does not guarantee that we will accept any and all credit card orders.

You may safely transmit your orders using our secure on-line order form.
We also accept wire transfers. Please call or e-mail for routing
instructions.
Wire Transfers
Make sure you call/email to receive an exact amount
required.
We will email that cost to you.
Please note that any wire transfer orders under $300
will incur a wire transfer fee (this is charged to COD Wholesale by our bank) of
$15.
This is in addition to the invoice total. If appropriate, this is included in
the amount to be remitted.
We suggest emailing us the day you make the wire transfer.
Sometimes our bank takes a day or two to notify us about transfers
and we'd like to ship your order as soon as possible after the verification of
transfer.
Sales tax:
Outside of California: sales tax is not charged and we do not
need your resale or seller's permit number.
Within California: sales tax will be charged unless you have a
resale permit. Please provide this number in the "comments" section
of the order form when you check out if ordering on-line. We will mail
a resale certificate which will need to be filled out, signed, and
returned.
Government agencies and schools:
Net 30 Purchase orders are accepted.
F.O.B. point is our warehouse--not "destination".
Within California, schools and school organizations generally must pay sales
tax.
Will calls:
We encourage will call orders from our local customers.

We consider collecting any personal information from you without
your knowledge to be an invasion of your privacy. This site DOES NOT
collect "cookies" or use any other sort of privacy invading program.
